​How Do I Place An Order?

 

The simplest way to place an order is to click on the item and place it in the basket and follow the prompts. Other than that you can message us at sales@bohemiangemsaustralia.com and we will contact you as soon as we can. Our phone number is also on the contacts page if you would rather talk to a person.

Sometimes we are away fossicking but check our emails and phones regularly.

 

Payment and Shipping

 

Payment can be via Credit and Debit cards through the stripe app, we also take Paypal.

Shipping throughout Australia is completed through Australia Post, standard post with tracking and insurance, if you need it urgently we can send express post. We post at a flat rate of $20, this usually takes 7 business days.

International postage is completed through Australia Post and their international partners. Postage will be quoted at the time of sale to try and keep the costs down.

Returns & Refunds:

 

Sometimes the gem just isn't what you want, too big, too small, wrong colour etc. We offer a 5 day exchange and refund period, just contact us in the first 5 days after receiving the gem, return the gem via Australia Post, with tracking and insurance in the same condition, and we will either exchange for another or arrange a refund for the price of the gem less our postage costs.
